Adult Day Care Center in Columbus, GA
Freedom Day Center is a 3,000 square foot
facility dedicated to serving the community
with social activities for disabled and elderly
residents of the Columbus, Georgia area.
We provide:

 Adult Day Care Options
Hourly Services
Minimum of Three (3) consecutive hours per visit between
the hours of 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM for at least two days per
week. Lunch and snacks are included. Services are provided
on a space available basis.
Half Day Services
Minimum of Three (3) consecutive hours per visit between
the hours of 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM for at least two days per
week. Lunch and snacks are included. Month to month
service agreement required and prepaid a month in advance.
Full Day Services
Minimum of Five (5) consecutive hours per visit
between the hours of 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM for at
least two days per week. Lunch and snacks are
included. Month to month service agreement required
and prepaid a month in advance.
Extended Service Hours
Available only to participants who elect a Service
Package. Extended hour programming is available
from 6:30 to 8:30 AM and 3:30 to 6:30 PM and to
participants who require more than 5 hours of
programming between 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM.
 Additional Add-on Services
Memory Therapy*
Ashby Memory Method specialized one-on-one
memory therapy provided individually.
*Available only to participants who elect a service package.
Transportation Services*
To and from the center and the client's home.
Specialized Transportation*
Escorted transportation to and from center
and client’s home. Escorted transportation to
medical appointments.
*Available only to participants who elect a service package and reside
within a 20 minute drive from the center.
